A: Cancellation policy: At Buffer Preserve RV Park, we understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy ensures fairness to all guests while allowing us to effectively manage reservations. Cancellation Terms: 1. Standard Reservations: • Cancellations made 14 days or more prior to the scheduled arrival date will receive a full refund, minus a $5 administrative fee. • Cancellations made 7 days prior to the arrival date will receive a 50% refund of the total reservation fee. • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before arrival or no-shows will not receive a refund. 2. Holiday and Peak Season Reservations: • Cancellations made 21 days or more before the arrival date will receive a full refund, minus a $10 administrative fee. • Cancellations made 14-21 days prior to arrival will receive a 50% refund of the total reservation fee. • Cancellations made less than 14 days before arrival or no-shows will not receive a refund. Rescheduling: • Guests may reschedule their reservation one time without penalty if the request is made at least 72 hours before the original arrival date. Rescheduled stays must occur within 12 months of the original reservation. Early Departures: • No refunds will be provided for early departures after check-in. Special Considerations: • Refunds due to extreme weather events (e.g., hurricanes) will be issued at the discretion of the management if the park is deemed unsafe or if mandatory evacuations are in place. Q: Do you allow pets? A: Yes we allow pets. We do not charge a fee for the first 2 pets. All pets are required to be registered with the front desk and must be vaccinated. Pets must be leashed while outside on the property. Please pick up and dispose of any waste from your pet while staying on our property. Thank you.
